These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Centrec Training and Consultancy’s Website, located at https://peabix.com/.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Peabix if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Price and Payment
Price are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (RM). You must pay in the currency in which the Product Price is quoted or is selected. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency, you may pay by debit or credit card and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate.
Payment may be required before the Product is provided and, if not, payment is due from the moment the Order is accepted. After you have submitted your order, Peabix may take and shall be entitled to receive such payment as is due in respect of the Order.
Peabix reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.
You will not be charged for any Order that cannot be fulfilled and where appropriate Peabix will refund to your account any sum deducted by Peabix.
Subscription package are not eligible for refund.
Peabix cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available.
Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.
Advertisements
Post owners/Businesses/Sellers are to take note that Ads Credit will only be paid to Sharers when Sharers successfully introduce leads to respective post(s) and perform preset actions (impression, visit, form submission).
The credits will be paid to Sharers according to the budget set on each action (impression, visit, form submission) by respective Post owners/Businesses/Sellers in Ads Settings. The credits being paid to Sharers will be deducted from the ads credit of respective Post owners/Businesses/Sellers of the post.
Budget settings under Ads Settings in Post owners/Businesses/Sellers dashboard is counted for per lead.
Post owners/Businesses/Sellers and Sharers are responsible to monitor own transactions and to report to Peabix support if found out anything unusual.
Credit Withdrawal
Peabix will charge 6% service charge for every withdrawal transaction.
For every withdrawal request being made, Peabix will require 1 to 2 working days to bank in the remaining balance (amount left after service charge) into your account.
Social Sharing
Post owners/Businesses/Sellers and Sharers are responsible to monitor content being shared on own social media account.
One social media account will only be allowed to attach to a single account in Peabix.
Scheduled sharing feature in Peabix might contains deviations on the scheduled time to share content onto social media accounts.
Sharing
Sharers must include own referral code in the end of shared url to allow Peabix system to record every traffic and attach to the respective referral.
Any access or visit or submissions of form using private/anonymous connections such as Proxy, VPN or TOR will NOT be counted and commission will NOT be given to the sharer.
Package
Posts created during higher level of package will be remained after the package ended/cancelled, however, the post cannot be edited or modified.
All uploads/media/files being uploaded in specific post, including uploads in form submissions by users on the post will be counted on the storage and media files quota of the author of the respective post.
Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Peabix, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Centrec Training and Consultancy’s Privacy Policy.
Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
